First, register for a free account on our website. Proceed to select the item(s) you would like to buy and add them to the cart. Once the items have been selected click on View Cart.
Key in any applicable coupon codes and proceed to checkout, where you may select your payment method and complete your billing details. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the transaction is complete.
Once logged in, you may check your order status by clicking on ‘Display Order Details’. If the status shows up as ‘Waiting for payment’ or ‘Product Processing’, you may change the provided information as required.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide tracking information for deliveries through our website at this point in time. Tracking information is available directly from our shipping provider’s site.
As of right now, we only ship within Malaysia. However, expansion plans are definitely on our agenda!
Shipping is FREE on all orders above RM80.00 within Peninsular Malaysia. An additional surcharge of RM5.00 will be charged for deliveries to East Malaysia.
All other orders will be charged a delivery fee of RM10.00 within Peninsular Malaysia. Deliveries to East Malaysia will be charged RM15.00.

All orders placed before 12pm will be sent out the very next day. However, orders will not be processed on a public holiday or weekend. Orders placed after 12pm will be sent out in 2 days’ time from the date or ordering.

We allow for returns on defective products and in rare cases where the wrong size or colour was sent. A replacement product will be sent as soon as we have received and verified the returned product as faulty.
