Customers may request for returns in the event that the wrong size, colour or product was sent. In order for the returns to be valid:
- Goods must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of product delivery.
- Proof of purchase.
- Credit Card details in Return Form.
- Return Form and Tax Invoice must be included in the return package box.
A valid reason for the return would need to be clearly stated on the Return Form. Also, the product must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories. The following conditions would need to be met:

For any returns in lieu of exchange, our customer Representatives will need to check and verify the conditions of both the products and packaging in order for the merchandise to qualify for returns and exchange.
We will only process product exchange for products that are returned in their original packaging with original tags attached and in unworn condition.
Courier and postal fees incurred for returning products must be borned by the customers.
All delivery charges for exchanges back to the customers will be borned by the Company. However, any subsequent exchanges.
Returns will be processed and will normally be completed within 30 days from the date of returned.
All exchanges must be for a value of the same or higher than the price of the products initially purchased.
Returns are not applicable for all types of undergarments due to hygiene purpose.
