1. Cancellation of Orders
Once your order has been placed, we regret to inform you that we do not permit order cancellations.
2. Return and Exchange of Items
Items returned will not be refunded. However, customers have the option to exchange a returned item for a product of equal or lesser value, with any remaining balance forfeited.
3. Limited Releases
Please be aware that products designated as Limited Releases are considered final and are not eligible for cancellation, exchanges, or returns.
4. Sales & Promo Items
All items marked as Sales are considered final and are not eligible for cancellation or return. Size exchanges for the same item may be requested, subject to stock availability. Items marked as promotional are considered final and are not eligible for cancellation, size exchange, or return.
5. Return and Exchange Requests
If you wish to return a defective item or request an exchange, please do so within 3 days of receiving the product.
6. Guidelines for Returns and Exchanges
- When submitting a request for returns or exchanges, kindly provide a clear description of the defect or issue with the product, along with clear pictures of the product, highlighting the defect. Please submit your request via WhatsApp at 012-2217032 for returns or exchanges.
- Exchange items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, or free from defects, with all original tags attached, and include any related accessories or instruction booklets. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability. Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox.
- We will not accept items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged, or defective due to reasons other than manufacturing defects. Items that are incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, or altered will not be accepted. Please note that wear and tear damage is not considered a manufacturing defect.
- Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping and covering the associated shipping fees. Proof of delivery and a tracking number must be provided when the item is shipped back to Original Classic HQ via WhatsApp at 012-2217032.
- Original Classic Holdings Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to inspect the condition of the item before processing exchanges. We also reserve the right not to process exchanges if the returned items do not comply with our returns and exchange policy.
7. Quality Checks
Please be assured that each product sold on our website undergoes quality checks in our warehouse before being shipped to customers.
8. Health and Hygiene Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for Sport Bras, Undergarments, Socks, Swimwear, or Bikinis unless the items are found to be faulty. We reserve the right to reject returns if the item, its box, or packaging is marked, damaged, or not returned in a saleable condition.
9. Condition To Send Back The Parcel:-
- Please avoid using sealing tape directly on the original box or plastic. Wrap the item with another layer before applying sealing tape to prevent damage to the original packaging. We will not process an exchange if the original box or plastic is damaged by sealing tape.
- For your protection, we strongly recommend using a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are not received.
- We will not be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit. Proof of postage will not be considered as proof of receipt or delivery. You should take reasonable precautions to ensure that the items you are returning to us are not damaged during transit and, if necessary, arrange suitable insurance.
- We will dispatch the exchange item once we have received the returned parcel, depending on its condition.
